Screen Printing Technician

Pay: $25-28/hr depending on experience

Shift: M-F 2:30PM - 11PM (training required on 1st shift)

Location: Redmond, WA

Job Description

Responsible for screening and related operations in the production of a variety of products. The role involves performing both screening and painting operations in the Push Button screening department.

ResponsibilitiesContinuously improve products and processes and participate in quality improvement teams when appropriate.Ensure on-time delivery to the customer by maintaining productivity and following department schedules.Recommend ways to save money and cut unnecessary costs.Satisfy the needs of internal and external customers by responding to customer requests, understanding customer requirements, and building successful, productive customer relations.Shoot screens and set up for screening operations.Perform screening operations resulting in consistent quality.Prepare lenses and assemble pushbuttons.Perform paint spraying operations on lenses and filter material.Participate in team efforts to provide products on schedule.Essential SkillsProficiency in screen printing.Detailing skills, particularly in car detail painting.Experience with vinyl application and installation.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood eyesight and hand dexterity for handling tiny parts.Ability to accurately complete all related paperwork and wanding functions.Familiarity with company safety policies and procedures.Adaptability to change and ability to handle other duties as required.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
