Screen Print Operator
Job Title: Screen Print OperatorJob Description

The Screen Print Operator is responsible for setting up and operating a screen printing press. This role requires producing products that meet quality standards using inspection systems and quality processes. The candidate must maintain quality production, inspection, and packaging of the products produced.

ResponsibilitiesOperate production equipment safely and efficiently, producing quality products.Inspect products to ensure they meet job specifications and quality standards.Receive production orders and job assignments from supervisors or leads.Obtain necessary supplies to produce jobs.Read, review, and understand job tickets and proofs.Complete production records as required by company guidelines.Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
Essential SkillsA minimum of 1 year of printing experience, preferably in screen printing.Proficient computer skills.Mechanical aptitude.Good color orientation.Ability to work well with hands, demonstrating good fine-motor skills.Capability to work independently with little supervision.Ability to make good decisions when problems arise.Multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
