**Job Title:** SCM Advisor **Location:** Calgary, AB Our client is seeking a SCM Advisor to join their team. As a SCM Advisor, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Description:** + Represent the entire SCM function to Regional Turnaround and BUPC stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. + Ensure all SCM event deliverables are completed on time, maintaining high quality standards. + Collaborate with stakeholders including Suppliers, Procurement, and Materials Services to guarantee timely availability of materials and services for execution and construction. + Develop solutions in partnership with SCM and project stakeholders when on-time material and service delivery is challenged. + Support the development of long-term demand plans for upcoming events and projects, aligning with Category Management/MSP Strategy and Commercial planning activities. **Qualifications:** + 5-10 years of Supply Chain experience, with a proven track record in project support and stakeholder collaboration. + Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. + Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, S4, and Fieldglass. + Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the organization. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team in a reputable organization. + Engage in meaningful projects that contribute to organizational success. + Develop your professional skills and expand your industry knowledge. + Work in a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion. + Enjoy a stable, office-based role with regular hours Monday to Friday.
