**Job Title Scientist II** **Duration:** 6 Month Contract **Location:** Onsite - 33 Avenue Louis Pasteur, Boston, MA 02115 Pay range- $40/hr- $44/hr **PHD- Overqualified** **Must haves:** + **Cell culture- Mammalian cell culture** + **Flow cytometry experience- 2 colors** + **Should be able to work with OED 4 Compounds if/when needed.** + **PPE will be provided, and additional safety training will be provided** + **Experience working with antibodies, cells in BSL-2 lab.** + **Experience with ELISA** + **Experience with Immunohistochemistry** + **Experience with Sterile technique/aseptic technique** **Qualifications:** + Our client is seeking an exceptional Scientist in their Boston Discovery Biologics group, with the primary responsibility to execute cell-based binding and functional assays. + The qualified candidate will be a scientist with core capabilities in cell culture, automation and high-throughput cell-based assay execution and statistical data analysis in the quest to discover innovative large molecule therapeutics. + They should have deep expertise in cell technologies, dose-response relationship and using proper statistical tools for data analysis and interpretation. The ideal candidate will have first-hand knowledge of aseptic technique in cell culture including subculturing and cryopreservation of cells, flow cytometry sample preparation, reporter gene assay configuration, data acquisition, analysis, and reporting. + **M.S. in pharmacology, immunology, biotechnology or biology, with 1+ years or B.S. with 3+ years of relevant in vitro, cell-based assay experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical/ biotechnology setting.
