**About the Role** In many of our most complex, highly regulated and fast growing marketplaces, third-party courier fleet partnerships and staff leasing models are the primary driver for scaling access and operating a reliable delivery service. We are looking for an innovative hybrid product data scientist and applied scientist working on a greenfield of earner/fleet products and marketplace tech to drive Uber delivery business success in such managed delivery markets. As a Scientist for Courier Fleets, you will get an opportunity to develop the 0->1 tech strategy, own end to end product analytics and marketplace tech innovations that enable courier fleets to thrive in environments with intense regulatory oversight and turn that strength into a competitive advantage. You will partner and collaborate with mobility fleet scientists on the team, earner delivery scientists and marketplace delivery scientists to drive the business outcome for Uber. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$161,000 per year - USD$179,000 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$161,000 per year - USD$179,000 per year. For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$161,000 per year - USD$179,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
