As a member of the Sweet Biscuits Europe team, you will carry out the R&D activities required to develop new products, maintain the portfolio, and support the technical and industrial development of biscuit products. You will develop recipes in accordance with regulatory and nutritional requirements and the marketing positioning of the various brands in the portfolio of sweet biscuits products.
**How you will contribute**
**You will:**
+ Design and develop products & processes in order to deliver project objectives (innovation, core maintenance, productivity)
+ Design and develop those products and processes ensuring Food Safety for consumers, fulfilling Regulation and complying with Mondelez Quality Policies
+ Independently organize and execute pilot and industrial trials, including data analysis, data monitoring, data correction as well as deliver results and technical reports to managers, technical colleagues and as required cross-functional partners.
+ Manage R&D product validation with Consumer Science, including product shelf life
+ Provide specifications & appropriate documentation complying to Mondelez policies
+ Connect and use network to develop better and faster products & processes
+ Participate actively to creativity sessions and exploratory work
+ As R&D representative, communicate within the multifunctional project team about progress and risk for product and process development
**What you will bring**

+ Higher degree in food technology, ideally with a first professional experience on biscuits
+ Knowledge on biscuits raw materials and processes, and their interactions
+ Fluent English
+ Excellent organizational skills, including time management and priority setting
+ Passion for continuous improvement of the product development
+ Ability to communicate and collaborate in international environment efficiently and to build strong cross functional relationships
+ Good communication skills
