This role ensures **process robustness, GMP compliance, and manufacturing readiness** for clinical and commercial production. **Key Responsibilities** + Support **manufacturing processes** by monitoring performance and analyzing process data + Assist in **technical transfer activities** from R&D to Manufacturing or between manufacturing sites + Contribute to **process scale-up and scale-down studies** + Support **troubleshooting** of process deviations, OOS, and manufacturing issues + Analyze **critical process parameters (CPPs)** and **critical quality attributes (CQAs)** + Prepare and review **GMP documentation** , including protocols, reports, change controls, deviations, and CAPAs + Collaborate cross-functionally with **Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D, Engineering, and Regulatory** + Support **continuous improvement** and process optimization initiatives **Qualifications** **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in: + Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology + Chemical Engineering or related scientific field **Technical Skills** + Basic knowledge of **GMP-regulated manufacturing environments** + Understanding of pharmaceutical or biotech **manufacturing processes** + Experience with **data analysis and trending** (Excel required; JMP/Minitab a plus) **Soft Skills** + Strong attention to detail + Good problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams + Clear technical communication skills **Language** + **Fluent technical English** (written and spoken) **Experience** + **0–2 years** of relevant experience in: + Manufacturing Sciences / MS&T + Process Development + Technical Transfer + Manufacturing Operations(Internships, co-ops, or industrial thesis count) Thermo Fisher Scientific is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.
