Job Description
This position will support one of our legacy products and life-saving medications as it undergoes the development of a new contemporary method. The role involves developing and optimizing an ELISA-based method to replace an established in vivo rat assay.
Responsibilities
Help develop and optimize an ELISA-based method to replace an established in vivo rat assay.Execute ELISA experiments to generate datasets suitable for statistical evaluation and method qualification.Generate, analyze, and interpret large data sets to evaluate assay performance.Apply statistical approaches to assess assay robustness, repeatability, and trending of results.Perform multi-channel pipetting and serial dilutions with precision and accuracy.Maintain accurate documentation of experimental data in accordance with regulatory standards.Essential Skills
Proficiency in ELISA assay development.Skill in multi-channel pipetting and serial dilutions.Experience with statistical approaches for data analysis.Strong ability to generate, analyze, and interpret large datasets.Capability to maintain accurate documentation of experimental data.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree within Life Sciences and 3-5 years industry experience
Master's Degree within Life Sciences and 2-3 years industry experience
PhD Degree within Life Sciences and 0-2 years industry experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of electrophoresis and western blot techniques.Background in Biology and Molecular biology.Experience with ELISA, pipetting, and Western Blot.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
