With expertise across various life sciences categories, CBRE is a leader in managing highly-regulated spaces within the industry. **About the Role:** As a CBRE LIS Coordinator, you will provide support services to facilitate the repair, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory instrumentation. Coordinates essential laboratory functions within a cross functional environment for the Client. Responsible for leading structured, tiered meetings and following up on all requests, efficiently meeting and advancing the business needs, and working closely with all members of the wider team to provide a proactive and focused approach to drive laboratory instrument up-time. Near term opportunity for growth into technical aspects of the business. **What You’ll Do:** + Liaises with scientists, laboratory managers and account team regarding services required for essential laboratory and related business functions. + Serve as primary point of contact in laboratories for instrument needs + Perform daily Level 1 asset checks to assess any challenges and/or issues with instruments and communicate needs to technical and scheduling teams + Work with staff about services required for installation, maintenance, moves, and relocations. + Support inventory verification efforts leveraging CMMS data + Ensure accurate instrument tagging + Perform daily equipment preparation and setup. + Make sure that equipment is available for staff scientist. + Provide training support and backup to department personnel for the review of GxP pipette or similar certificates and test reports. + Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. + Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. + Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Basic math skills. The minimum salary for the Scientific Experience Coordinator position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Scientific Experience Coordinator position is $70,000 position is annually.
