What You’ll Do As part of our collaborative clinical and school-based team, you will: + Evaluate & treat students with speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and augmentative communication needs + Develop and implement individualized, age-appropriate goals within IEPs and treatment plans + Provide direct therapy services in school settings while supporting person-centered outcomes + Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student progress Work-Life Balance That Actually Exists! + School-based schedule + Predictable hours + No productivity pressure culture + Supportive leadership and clinical supervision + Time to focus on quality care- not just numbers Compensation + $30.00 - $38.00 per hour, based on experience.
