We are searching for a Scheduling Coordinator to interact daily with our caregiver staff and clients to fill their scheduling needs. They will fill open shifts, and move schedules as needed to match client needs. If any issues are present the Scheduling Coordinator will address them, document them, and provide the information to management. The Schedule Coordinator is responsible for filling No Call No Show shifts, documenting changes to shifts after work hours and timely responses to questions. Best candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess the willingness to be trained in computer programs that are specific to the Always Best Care environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate scheduling of client visits, with accuracy and efficiency.
· Provide administrative support including phone coverage, email correspondence, and document preparation.
· Track tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion and effective follow-up.
· Maintain office files, records, and databases with a focus on accuracy and quality.
· Assist with client and staff communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
· Support leadership with special projects, reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent follow-up skills with proven ability to keep projects and assignments on track.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on producing accurate, high-quality work.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with scheduling tools/software.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Previous office, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.
