What Your Days Look Like + Matching caregivers to clients with care, accuracy, and intention + Coordinating schedules that actually work — for everyone involved + Being a trusted point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers + Answering calls, problem-solving on the fly, and keeping things moving + Interviewing and onboarding new caregivers who want to make a difference + Keeping client information organized, complete, and compliant + Stepping in when plans change — because in home care, flexibility matters What We’re Looking For + Previous scheduling experience and caregiving experience a plus! + Strong computer skills and comfort juggling multiple tasks + Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure + Clear, kind, professional communicator + High school diploma or GED If you care about people and take pride in doing things right, you’re already halfway there.
