The Scheduler position requires onsite presence in Muskogee, OK, working on a hyperscale data center project. The role involves assisting in the preparation, development, and updating of project schedules with the project team, including performing schedule reviews and communicating findings diplomatically. The Scheduler actively participates in construction planning and scheduling processes, supports Lean and Pull Planning sessions, and aids in the preparation of various reports for assigned projects.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing, developing, and updating project schedules with the project team.Perform schedule reviews to identify variations and notify project teams.Diplomatically communicate review comments to the project team.Participate in the creation of proposal schedules, baseline schedules, and ongoing schedule updates.Utilize company-provided training of industry-standard scheduling software for proficiency.Assist with the development of best practices for planning and scheduling efforts.Review job status and apply ongoing changes to update project schedules.Attend project-related meetings with an emphasis on schedule discussions.Support Lean and Pull Planning sessions to ensure CPM schedule alignment.Prepare reports required for assigned projects.Add resource loading and cost loading to schedules as required.Provide planning and scheduling support to operations, marketing, and other corporate functions.Essential SkillsExperience with Primavera P6 software is preferred.High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management, or at least three years of electrical field trade experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in electrical mission critical hyperscale data center construction projects is highly preferred.Knowledge of Installation Work Packages (IWP) in the hyperscale environment is highly preferred.Work EnvironmentThe work environment requires onsite presence in Muskogee, OK. Per diem is available for individuals whose homes are not in the general area, based on GSA rates, with travel home twice a month. The position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance and individual contribution. There is a bring-your-own-device policy, with a monthly reimbursement for business use of personal cell phones. The Scheduler will report to the Sr Project Manager and interface with the General Contractor/Owner and other contractors in a client-facing role.
