Job Title: Scheduler About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Scheduler to join our manufacturing team in Kenosha, WI. This role is critical to ensuring efficient production operations by developing and maintaining schedules that optimize resources, meet customer demands, and support overall business goals. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and capacity. + Collaborate with production, purchasing, and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources. + Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes in demand. + Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. + Communicate schedule updates and changes clearly across departments. + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred. + 2+ years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing planning. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel. + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Additional Requirements: + Must be authorized to work in the United States. + Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kenosha, WI area. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
