**Position Summary**
The Schedule Team is part of the Capital Project Planning department. The department is a customer service organization that helps our clients across the enterprise bring their ideas to life. We focus on clarity and simplicity to planning and execution. 3 legs to CPP – Program Management, Vendor Management, and the PMO.
The Schedule Manager’s role is to support the Senior Schedule Manager in the planning, development, and execution of
the overall project schedule for the Enterprise. He / she will collaborate with key stake holders such as Sponsors, Store
Layout, Architecture & Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Merchandising & Construction field teams in order to drive
deliverables and meet goals. In this role, it is expected to have a deep understanding of best scheduling practices, system
capabilities, and requirements. Expectations also include leading and facilitating the Schedule Team in training efforts to
enhance skillsets.
This position will have direct reports (CVS or Contract Employees) who need to be managed and developed for future
growth. Managing these workers will include: coaching & counseling, positive and/or constructive feedback, mid-year and
year-end evaluations, developing talent, etc.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 3 years Scheduling Software - Proficiency in Microsoft Project
+ 3 years experience of CPM (Critical Path methodology)
+ 3 years Time management and organization – Ability to juggle multiple projects / programs, deadline, and changes across the board while staying organized in tracking dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
+ 3 years Analytical and problem-solving skills – Ability to analyze and forecast delays, assess risks / issues, and recommend mitigation plans. Strong logic and attention to detail
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work history

+ Communication and collaboration – Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver status and updates

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $119,340.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
