Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Manage and optimize SCCM infrastructure and task sequences to support Windows deployment and lifecycle management.
. Implement and maintain Intune Autopilot deployments, configuration profiles, and Intune connectors for modern device management.
. Manage macOS device enrollment and provide end-to-end management, ensuring smooth user experiences across platforms.
. Support and troubleshoot hybrid Azure AD join environments, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises infrastructure.
. Participate in design, development, documentation, and enhancement of existing or new endpoint management solutions.
. Act as a key escalation point for device management issues, performing real-time troubleshooting and proactive problem resolution.
. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant communication for stakeholders and end users.
. Contribute to innovation and continuous service improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, scalability, and performance enhancements.

. Strong expertise in SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) infrastructure and deployment techniques.
. Experience with Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot, configuration profiles, and macOS management.
. Familiarity with Intune-Azure AD hybrid join setups and overall cloud-device integration.
. Solid understanding of enterprise device management, security standards, and cross-functional collaboration.
. Experience of working on special devices like Honeywell / Zebra / Industrial or rugged tablets, IoT devices.
. Additional Technical Skills:
. Familiarity or experience with Microsoft Collaboration technologies

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum 5 years of experience in SCCM, L3, Intune, Autopatching

Strong experience Autopilot.

Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering.
