Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a SCADA Support Engineer to join their team. As a SCADA Support Engineer, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of SCADA systems across various regions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
**Job Title:** SCADA Support Engineer
**Location:** Ardmore, OK
**Pay Range:** $40 to $53 p/h w-2 based upon experience
**Duration:** 12 month contract
**What's the Job?**
+ Troubleshoot and resolve SCADA system issues effectively.
+ Perform software integration and configuration tasks.
+ Support field applications for access, PLC, and CTS.
+ Address communication server issues and related technical challenges.
+ Collaborate with technical leads and customers to ensure system reliability.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience with Wonderware (AVEVA) and Ignition SCADA systems.
+ Proficiency in AUTOSOL Communication Manager® (ACM).
+ Familiarity with ThinManager and alarm management software.
+ Strong background in break-fix operations and customer support.
+ Preferred experience in the oil and gas industry and knowledge of instrumentation & electrical automation.
