工作职责 • 协助产品推广：协助正式医药代表在目标医院内推广公司产品，确保在公司政策和程序指引下正确传达医学信息。学习拜访医院的基本流程，跟随代表实地观察如何拜访医生，学习拜访的基本技巧。 • 客户管理与维护：协助管理目标区域内的客户，更新客户资料，维护客户关系，进行产品知识的讲解和理念的宣贯。了解和发掘潜在客户，管理维护客户关系，提供专业的咨询及建议。 • 学术活动支持：协助组织学术会议，如院内科室会议及大型专家城市会议等，促进学术交流与合作。学习会议召开的流程，并做好会议记录提交给代表确认。 • 市场信息收集：协助公司进行药品市场调查、临床试验、产品资料收集等工作，及时收集和反馈市场竞品信息。负责区域内竞品收集，竞品分析、及时向上级主管反映竟品的市场信息。 • 其他工作：完成上级交办的其它工作。如协助上级建立销售相关数据档案，按要求及时准确录入相关信息，协助主管或经理确保系统的有效运作。 **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
