**Job Title: SB989 Testing Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated SB989 Testing Technician to perform specialized testing and repairs in accordance with SWRCB requirements. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance and operational efficiency, and involves traveling for out-of-town assignments, with per diem provided. **Responsibilities** + Perform SB989 testing and related repairs as per SWRCB requirements. + Complete all required test paperwork and client/facility paperwork. + Enter confined spaces safely and in compliance with regulations. + Provide support on various construction projects as needed. + Participate in occasional graveyard shifts. + Maintain and inspect testing equipment and vehicles, including checking fluid levels. **Essential Skills** + Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. + Willingness to travel for work assignments. + Proven experience as a hard worker in challenging conditions. + ICC UST Service Technician Certification. + ICC UST Installation/Retrofitting Certification. + 40-hour OSHA certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3 years of experience in fueling testing, maintenance, or construction. + OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is preferred, but not required. + Additional certifications and training opportunities will be provided. **Why Work Here** Join a team that values hard work and dedication, and offers opportunities for professional growth through additional certifications and training.
