Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Saw Setup & Run Operator to join their team. As a Saw Setup & Run Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence. Job Title: Saw Setup & Run Operator
Location: Hamilton, OH
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM, with overtime on Fridays
What's the Job?
Set up and operate saws according to print specifications for customer orders, ensuring timely production. Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications using calipers, tape measures, and squares. Perform rework on nonconforming products when necessary to meet quality standards. Complete all documentation related to operations and maintain a clean, organized workstation. Assist in training new employees and perform other duties as directed by supervisors to support team goals.What's Needed?
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform manual tasks regularly.
