**Job Title: Saw Operator - 2nd and 3rd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Saw Operators to join our team for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. You will be responsible for operating up to four saws simultaneously, cutting alloy and carbon materials ranging from 1/2" to 6" thick. Successful candidates will have the ability to measure materials accurately and efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Operate up to four saws simultaneously. + Cut alloy and carbon materials ranging from 1/2" to 6" thick. + Ensure accurate measurement of materials. + Maintain equipment and ensure proper operation. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in saw operation. + Experience in steel, recycling, or heavy-duty environments. + Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with bandsaws and industrial machinery. + Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values longevity and offers great benefits and insurance. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in less-than-ideal conditions and have the resilience to thrive in such environments. The facility operates on 2nd shift from 3pm to 1am, Monday to Friday, and 3rd shift from 7pm to 5am, Sunday to Thursday, with training provided on 1st shift from 5am to 3pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grandville, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
