**Job Title: 2nd Shift Saw Operator**
**Job Description**
The 2nd Shift Saw Operator will be responsible for managing the entire process of completing work orders efficiently. This role involves interpreting customer color codes, setting up saws, reading tape measures, and operating saw equipment. Additionally, the operator will pull parts from the warehouse and return finished parts to the warehouse.
**Responsibilities**
+ Interpret customer color codes accurately.
+ Set up and operate saws efficiently.
+ Read and interpret tape measures and other measuring instruments.
+ Handle saw equipment with precision.
+ Pull necessary parts from the warehouse.
+ Place finished parts back in the warehouse.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production and saw operation.
+ Ability to interpret tape measures and measuring instruments to 1/16".
+ Experience working in a machine shop or steel environment.
+ Mechanical inclination.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of SAP and computer skills.
+ Experience with burn tables, CNC, machine operation, and bandsaw.
+ Ability to read precise tape measures.
+ Manufacturing experience.
+ Warehouse experience preferred.
+ Ability to operate lift equipment such as forklifts and cranes.

**Work Environment**
The work takes place in a machine shop environment that is non-temperature controlled. You will be required to be on your feet for 10-12 hours, ensuring efficient operations.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hixson, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
