Description

Candidate will be working at a waterjet and burn table CNC Machine manufacturing parts based off designed blueprints

Saw Operator first and foremost

Self starter

Read prints

Read tape measure

Read dial/digital calipers

Operate 2D cad program such as O Max or Intelli Max

Time management

Computer file management

General mechanical knowledge

Problem solving skills

Ability to pick up and carry 60 pounds

Cross training with Hypertherm plasma

Run the water jet by themselves to include

receive drawing->get material->make the parts-> inspect and meaure parts to drawing-> fill out time for job

•\tAssemble components such as bearings and installing couplings on shafts.

•\tUse basic hand tools to fabricate, assemble and install components.

•\tBasic Mechanical knowledge

•\tAble to read .shop drawings.

•\tShow up to work on time every day

•\tWork 10 hours per day, OT on Friday’s and Saturday’s as required.

•\tAble to work safely in a Heavy Industrial environment.

•\tAble to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
