SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

Work You’ll Do
As an SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end implementations across multiple modules—including Onboarding, Recruitment (Recruiting Management/Recruiting Marketing), and Employee Central. We are seeking a professional with 5+ years of direct experience who combines strong project management capabilities with deep technical and functional knowledge, as well as proven stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future5+ years of direct experience managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects involving multiple modules.Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).Familiarity with Employee Central, Recruiting, and other SuccessFactors modules.Understanding of SAP HCM/ERP and its integration with SuccessFactors.Familiarity with government HR structures, policies, and reporting needs.Experience working with SAP, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.Managing contracts, deliverables, and SLAs.Expertise in project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred:SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding or Recruiting PMP, Agile/Scrum certificationThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,800.00 to $253,000.00.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
