Position Description:

Experience: 5–10 years 

 Required Skills & Qualifications

. Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is a must; others preferred).
. Knowledge of HR processes including talent management, payroll integration, and workforce planning.
. Experience with SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA integration.
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
. SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

. Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementations across modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.
. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
. Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with HR processes and compliance standards.
. Support integration with SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems.
. Provide production support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications, including year-end activities.
. Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to optimize processes and data quality.
. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and HR teams.
. Stay updated on SuccessFactors innovations and recommend best practices for adoption.
