SAP BTP Automation and AI Competency Lead **Key Responsibilities:** + Act as a thought leader, technical authority, and people leader, driving innovation, client value realization, and reusable assets across SAP programs. + Define the SAP enterprise-wide vision and roadmap for SAP BTP AI & Automation + Align SAP BTP AI & Automation offerings with NTT DATA’s global SAP and Digital portfolios + Partner with SAP, hyperscalers, and ecosystem vendors on joint go-to-market initiatives + Engage and Lead CxO-level conversations on AI-led SAP modernization and automation value across strategic SAP accounts and transformation programs + Represent NTT DATA in SAP executive forums, innovation councils, and industry events + Establish and govern the AI & Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) + Define standards for architecture, delivery, security, and AI governance + Drive investment in accelerators, IP, and reusable assets + Collaborate, Build and lead a multi-region skill team + Define workforce strategy, certification targets, and succession planning + Promote innovation, diversity, and engineering excellence culture **Basic Qualifications: Must Have’s** + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. + 15+ years of experience in modern solution development, architecture, and implementation of SAP Automation and AI projects or similar SAP Projects. + Deep knowledge of SAP technologies: S/4HANA, SAP BTP, AI Core, AI Launchpad, Data Intelligence, Joule. + Strong architectural design and system integration skills. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. + Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments. + Commitment to continuous learning in evolving AI and SAP technologies. **Travel:** This position requires travel on need basis. **Nice to Have (but not a must):** + Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and programming languages. + DevOps knowledge (CI/ CD, Jenkins, Pipeline Management) + Hands on experience development AI/ML Solutions using BTP AI Services + Hands-on experience in BTP Process Automation, RPA bot development is advantage
