What you’ll be doing

ABAP Development:

Develop and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows (RICEF-W) according to project requirements. Design and implement Object-Oriented ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP-based services. Build OData services and support Fiori/UI5 applications’ backend logic. Follow Clean Core principles by leveraging Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk) and In-App Extensibility in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and ATC/SCI compliance checks. Collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Integration:

Design and implement integration scenarios using SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI/Integration Suite), and SAP API Management. Work with IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, SOAP/REST APIs, and Proxies to integrate SAP with external and cloud systems. Support migration projects from PI/PO to Integration Suite, ensuring functional parity and optimal performance. Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize integration flows across multiple environments (DEV, QA, PRD). Ensure integration architecture aligns with SAP BTP best practices and Public Cloud connectivity standards.

What you'll bring to the team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development and integration design. Strong expertise in ABAP OO, RICEF-W objects, CDS, AMDP, RAP Framework, and OData. Solid hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO and/or SAP Cloud Integration (CPI/Integration Suite). Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud extensibility concepts: In-App Extensibility (Custom Fields, Business Rules, Logic, and UI Adaptation) Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk) Side-by-Side Extensions via SAP BTP CAP/RAP and APIs Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certified Development Associate in ABAP for SAP S/4HANA or SAP Integration Suite.
