Consultant needs to work in 6am to 4pm or 12pm to 10pm & 3.30pm to 1.30am shift needs to have a good communication skill. Needs to have 8+yrs of experience in implementation & Support of SAP GTS module. Should be able to work on SLA's, should have experience to handle multiple clients and ability to sync with different clients and different process simultaneously.
+ Knowledge on GTS Letter of Credit, GTS ECR
+ Experience on the GTS Customs Declaration document and associated forms
+ Experience on the GTS product auto classification BrokerCustoms Integration
+ Experience on the key integration points between ECC and GTS.
+ Expert in problem Isolation and resolution related to SD and related interface functionalities.
+ Effective Technical understanding of ABAP for essential Selfhelp and understanding of Technical interfaces covering RFC, ALE, IDOC etc..
+ Build Functional Specifications FS together with detailed test cases for technical development by technical team
+ Deliver technical solutions and all Interface applications in the GTS space
+ Deliver GTS changes major/minor solutions within defined SLAs
+ Collaborate with Project Managers, Change and Release Management, Configuration Management, Test Management, and the Service Delivery organization to deliver GTS MM solutions
Support the SAP GTS application run team with technical expertise as and when needed.
Needs to have 5yrs of experience in implementation & Support of SAP SD & CS module. Should be able to work on SLA's, should have experience to handle multiple clients and ability to sync with different clients and different process simultaneously.
Extensive knowledge of replacement processing including scrap and refurbishment processing.
Concepts of Notifications & Service Order Configurations are must.
Drive Functional and technical discussions with the client project & Business team during discovery/design sessions.
Proficient understanding of SD/CS developments, customizations including Reports, Smart forms, Custom Z transactions, and processing.
Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in SD/CS module.
Sound SAP SD skills like Pricing / Credit Management / Rebates / Consignment/ Batch Management/ Sales Order / Sales Return / STO Configuration / Warranty Concepts / Deliveries and Billing.
Equipment master setup, Serialization, tracking, and integration with warranty tracking and coordination with SD MM and FI modules for reporting of warranty recognition.
Knowledge of service labour posting and integration.
Self-starter with the ability to acquire new skills autonomously and identify problems and opportunities for improvements within SD/CS modules.
Must be capable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive deadlines.
Ability to collaborate with other team members working remotely from various locations.
Ability to work on Customer-specific integrated applications to SAP.
Must have a strong technical foundation and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to research and resolve issues.
S/4 Hana exposure on customer management preferably.
Proficient understanding of SAP technologies and applications.
