SAP SCM SME, One IT
**What's the role?** As a SAP SCM SME, you will provide support to the supply chain team, as well as the Retail (POS) applications interfacing with SAP S/4 Hana. The SCM SME will be a member of the Service assurance team **How you can add value?** + Provide functional support as needed for SCM, Logistics, MM and B2Bsoft POS. + Responding to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process. + Assist in driving, prioritizing, and managing scope changes, along with defect management. + Assist with defining testing strategy within the SCM area to ensure the functionality and accuracy and quality of the product. + Assist with communication with users and developers; functional unit tests; user acceptance tests; cutover tasks, and ongoing support. + Demonstrates and ensures compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America's policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures. + Other functions may be assigned. **What do you need?** **Education and/or Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in related technology field of study. + 3 to 5 years of prior hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA SCM **Other Qualifications:** + Strong knowledge of SAP applications primarily SAP S/4 HANA SCM as well as working knowledge of related SAP S/4 HANA areas such as Material Management, Warehouse Management, Finance and Logistics integrations. + Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding. + Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to assess the impact of Incidents on the retail applications ecosystem and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes. + Effective organization, planning, analytical skills and follow through Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide of variety of diverse resources with varying degrees of technological expertise. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, Smartsheet, SAP support portal and basic computer knowledge as well as basic troubleshooting skills. + Bilingual (English/Spanish) + Ability to work unsupervised with remote and local teams + Willingness to take-on a variety of task. **Liberty Puerto Rico provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status, social status, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran, military service obligation, disability status, genetic information, political affiliation, and being or being perceived as a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking.
