CTG is seeking to fill a SAP S/4HANA ABAP Development Lead & Analytics Architect position for our client. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 10 months Duties: Serve as ABAP Development Lead for SAP S/4HANA initiatives, providing technical leadership across design, development, and delivery. Review functional and technical designs, application logic, and ABAP code to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standards. Optimize ABAP programs for performance, scalability, and maintainability within S/4HANA environments. Own the SAP Business Analytics Solution Architecture, including SAP S/4HANA Analytics, SAP BW Analytics, SAP Advanced Analytics, SAP BO Reporting, SAP EIM, and SAP BTP Analytics. Design and implement analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Lead SAP BW implementations, including BW modeling, data integration, and reporting solutions. Design and support SAC and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) universes and reports. Develop and maintain HANA information models to support reporting and advanced analytics use cases. Provide architectural guidance for integration of SAP and non-SAP systems and analytics platforms. Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Skills: SAP S/4HANA ABAP development with strong leadership and code review expertise. Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA analytics and reporting capabilities. SAP BW modeling and implementation experience. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), and universe design. HANA information model design and performance optimization. SAP BTP Analytics, including SAP Datasphere. Familiarity with advanced and emerging SAP BI tools such as SAP Visual Intelligence (VI), Predictive Analytics, and SAP Zen. Understanding of integration patterns between SAP and non-SAP technologies. Experience: Proven experience as an ABAP Development Lead or Lead Developer in SAP S/4HANA environments. Strong background in SAP analytics architecture and enterprise reporting solutions. Experience acting as a technical or solution architect for SAP techno-functional requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and provide architectural oversight. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
