Job Title: SAP Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a skilled SAP Project Manager to oversee the transfer of ERP systems and data for a strategic project. This role is based in Billerica, MA, and involves managing a critical SAP Cloning initiative, which is part of a larger strategic shift towards high-growth areas such as PET imaging and theragnostics. Responsibilities + Lead and manage the transfer of ERP systems and data, specifically focusing on SAP S4 HANA. + Coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO) and external SAP partners to ensure a seamless transition. + Utilize project management and Smartsheet tools to keep the team on task and track project deadlines, including a go-live target of January 1st. + Provide managerial oversight to maintain project momentum and ensure all team members meet their objectives. Essential Skills + Experience with SAP S4 HANA implementation and transformation. + Project management experience, particularly in the manufacturing industry. + Proficiency with Smartsheet for project tracking and management. + Strong managerial skills to ensure team alignment and timely project delivery. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry is highly desirable. + Background in manufacturing support, data entry, administration, and management consulting. Work Environment This is a hybrid role based in Billerica, MA, requiring 2-3 days on-site each week. The position provides an excellent opportunity to support the PMO with potential to transition to other projects post-completion in Q1 of 2026. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
