Key Responsibilities

Responsible for most SAP Production Service-related topics and Governance function in a way to review support process and technical application improvements.

Architect and SPOC for the SAP PM authorization concept and design of SAP roles.

Serving as the SAP PM SPOC for our business partners to enable them for self-dependent business support in terms of 1st level user support and training of key users, end users and trainers.

Maintain and develop professional relationship with Business process owner, key users and local IT.

Drive, coordinate and support IT Projects and IT tasks

Define concepts for relevant business processes together with local/global management, key users and the related competence center.

Qualifications

Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or comparable qualification

Work experience in SAP ERP Module PM or SCM Area (as consultant or developer) and in international environment for at least 3 years

Knowledge of Plant Maintenance (PM)

Knowledge of Quality Management for Test Equipment Management (QM)

Knowledge of production with production orders for the toolmaking sector (PP)

Basic knowledge of ABAP and FIORI is necessary

Additional knowledge of parts lists (BOM) and document management (DMS) would be helpful

Skills in SAP Authorization Management

Project Management skills are beneficial

Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Language skills: English fluent in spoken and written

Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent operation

High commitment to work and ability for teamwork
