The role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM/EWM Manager/Leader to join our team. This role encompasses responsibilities as a functional consultant, module lead in SAP projects, and a leader within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Digital Supply Chain competency team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SAP MM and EWM modules, strong leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and excellence in supply chain solutions.
What you'll be doing
Serve as the functional consultant and module lead for SAP MM/EWM in implementation and support projects. Lead the S2P and Digital Supply Chain competency team, driving team competency development initiatives to enhance functional and technical capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules and external systems. Conduct workshops and sessions for requirement gathering and solution design during presales and project initiation phases. Oversee configuration and customization of SAP MM/EWM modules to meet business needs. Mentor team members and lead competency development programs to build domain expertise. Participate in presales activities, including customer requirement gathering and solutioning.What you’ll bring
Technical Skills
SAP Module Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) modules, preferably within SAP S/4HANA, including configuration and best practices. SAP S/4HANA: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades. Integration: Proven experience integrating SAP with other modules such as FI/CO, SD, and external systems. Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics processes, with the ability to map these to SAP solutions. Configuration: Expertise in configuring master data, procurement cycles, inventory processes, warehouse layouts, and special procurement scenarios. Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. Familiar with Cloud solutions and SAP activate methodology (preferred)Leadership and Management Skills
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot complex issues and design innovative, effective solutions. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align SAP functionalities with overall business objectives and stay abreast of industry trends. Presales Participation: Active involvement in presales activities including customer requirement gathering, solutioning, and proposal development. Team Competency Development: Drive initiatives to enhance team capabilities in S2P and Digital Supply Chain domains through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.About us
