SAP MM Specialist
Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a SAP MM Specialist to join our team.

Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to the IT Manager Brazil, you will be responsible for ensuring the sustainment, evolution, and optimization of material management (MM) processes in SAP ECC/S4, ensuring adherence to best practices and proper integration with business areas. You will support 6 manufacturing plants in Brazil, working in close collaboration with the LATAM team and with other SAP analysts to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesAct as the focal point for the SAP MM module, ensuring system stability and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to purchasing, inventory management, and material movements.Participate in rollout projects, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives for SAP MM.Implement and maintain integrations with satellite systems (e.g., messaging platforms, NFe/CTe monitors, Synchro).Perform SAP MM configurations (material types, plants, storage locations, price conditions, etc.).Support legal and tax-related adjustments (e.g., tax reform, NF-e, CTe).Interact with Procurement, Planning, Production, and Tax teams to gather business requirements.Train key users and prepare functional documentation.Technical RequirementsSolid experience with the SAP MM module (minimum 5 years).Strong knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, MRP, and integration with FI/CO and SD.Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.Ability to perform ABAP debug for error analysis and advanced support.Desirable experience with tax/messaging system integrations.Intermediate/advanced English for interaction with headquarters and vendors.Behavioral CompetenciesProactivity and strong problem‑solving skills.Effective communication and ability to act as a business partner.Organization and prioritization skills in a multinational environment.
