No specific previous knowledge or experience needed for this positionLocation: SpainEmployment Type: HybridJob Description: We are seeking for a junior consultant (no experienced) to join our support team, providing Level 2 functional expertise in SAP MM (Supplier master data - Business Partner). The ideal candidate will be responsible for data and user management, resolving incidents, analyzing system issues, and supporting enhancements related to supplier master data in SAP.Key Responsibilities:* Provide Level 2 support for SAP MM-related incidents, service requests and data/user management* Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution* Collaborate with business users and technical teams to implement process improvements* Support configuration changes and testing activities* Document solutions and maintain knowledge base
* Escalation to level 3 if needed
Requirements:* (Nice to have) Experience in SAP MM
* (Nice to have) Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
* (Nice to have) Understanding of basic procurement process and supplier master data in SAP* Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)* Good communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work independently and in a team environment* Languages: (MANDATORY) English mandatory (B2-C1) & very nice to have French B1-B2
