We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **SAP S/4HANA Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst** with specialized expertise in the **Order-to-Cash (OTC)** process.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in developing and implementing QA processes and methodologies. This role involves close coordination within and across teams to define test strategies, create test plans, establish timelines, and align on test execution within the Solution Manager Test Suite. You will be responsible for building test scenarios, test cases, test data, and other quality-related deliverables, ensuring all program testing requirements are met on time.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive test strategies in partnership with developers, analysts, enabling teams, and process experts; facilitating the creation of detailed test plans and test cases; ensuring all test data and supporting information are ready for execution; and driving day‑to‑day test progress. You will coordinate and manage the defect lifecycle, ensuring prompt resolution and verification of fixes. Additional responsibilities include preparing test reports and dashboards, offering quality insights, and collaborating with team members to continuously improve testing standards and practices.
This role will also partner closely with Automation Specialists by providing manual test scripts, test data, and other relevant assets to support automated testing initiatives.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of QA experience in software projects, or equivalent professional experience
+ Mandatory: **SAP testing experience** , particularly in the OTC process
+ Proven expertise in leading testing efforts and deep knowledge of testing methodologies, practices, processes, and tools
+ Strong experience coordinating testing activities across software projects
+ Collaborative team player with strong communication and alignment skills
+ Ability to quickly understand business processes and effectively lead testing activities
+ Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment with strong knowledge of SCRUM practices
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,600 - 159,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
