SAP FSCM Consultant
Position Description:

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP FSCM modules including Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Treasury & Risk Management. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to design, implement, and support FSCM solutions that optimize financial processes and improve working capital management.
 

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities

. Solution Design: Configure and customize SAP FSCM modules (Credit, Collections, Dispute, Treasury).
. Requirement Gathering: Work with finance and business stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of FSCM with SAP FI/CO, SD, MM, and external systems.
. Optimization: Enhance performance, reliability, and scalability of FSCM applications.
. Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve FSCM-related issues.
. Testing & Support: Conduct unit testing, support QA/UAT cycles, and provide production support.
. Documentation: Prepare functional and technical documentation for FSCM modules and workflows.
. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with SAP FSCM product enhancements, S/4HANA capabilities, and industry best practices.

 
Must-Have Skills:

. Strong experience in SAP FSCM modules (Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management, Treasury & Risk).
. Proficiency in SAP FI/CO integration and configuration.
. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and FSCM functionalities.
. Experience with business process design and financial workflows.
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

 
Good-to-Have Skills:

. Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and cloud-based FSCM solutions.
. Experience with integration tools (IDocs, BAPIs, APIs).
. Knowledge of advanced reporting tools (SAP BW, SAC).
. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
. Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in finance (IFRS, SOX)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
