What is the focus of the role?As a SAP Fieldglass Help Desk Specialist & Application Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting Telstra users and suppliers across Australia and several international locations. You’ll be the first point of contact for queries related to SAP Fieldglass - Telstra’s Vendor Management System (VMS), helping people navigate the platform, resolve issues, and keep operations running smoothly.
You’ll be part of a highly supportive, collaborative team that values curiosity, teamwork, and a willingness to help others. You don’t need previous SAP Fieldglass experience to succeed in this role. Being comfortable using everyday tools like Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word will make it easier to pick things up quickly, but you don’t need to be an expert.

What You Will Be DoingUser Support & Issue Resolution
Provide front‑line support to Fieldglass users by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving enquiries via phone and email.
Capture, manage, and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely escalation where required.
Maintain professional, respectful, and efficient interactions with employees and suppliers.
Supplier & Application Management
Support supplier lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, supplier invitations, and rate maintenance.
Configure and maintain the Fieldglass application, maintaining accurate functional and technical knowledge as you work toward subject matter expertise.
Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Assist with operational reporting and analytics activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting changes in process and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Training, Knowledge & Governance
Contribute to training content, guides, and collateral for internal teams and suppliers.
Add and maintain content within the Fieldglass knowledge hub.
Support governance requirements by ensuring audit trails, audit logging, and compliance practices are followed.
Testing & Quality Assurance
