Role Summary:
In this role, you will play a key part in driving Flowserve’s digital transformation by delivering business solutions and enterprise enablement through the SAP EWM/WM and MM modules. Experience with Ariba is a valuable plus. You will collaborate across regions to support and execute SAP project implementations, ensuring alignment with Flowserve’s Global Business Process Standards, corporate governance policies, and all statutory requirements. This is an onsite position based in either Houston, TX or Irving, TX, with travel of approximately 20–40%.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the EWM – IM & MM & Ariba modules in our SAP S4 program.Handling EWM Material Master Data, conversion of EWM master data and EWM on hand inventory.Experience on Inbound, outbound internal and ad hoc/cycle counting processes of EWM module.Good knowledge of Sap S4 Procurement processes and MM purchasing master data in S4. Responsible for functional & process quality of SAP implementation/improvement project life cycles.Work with SAP Consultants/Business Analysts and numerous regional & global business partners.Work closely with the production support team.Strong on global enterprise enablement.Requirements:
• Deep expertise in SAP EWM and IM.• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including participation in 2–3 full implementation life cycles.• Ability to travel 20–40% (Mexico, US, Canada).• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX or Irving, TX when not traveling.• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.• Strong critical problem‑solving abilities.• Experience designing, configuring, implementing, and integrating manufacturing or supply‑chain systems.• Experience with EWM inbound, outbound, internal, and cycle‑counting processes.• Skilled in EWM integration, put‑away and picking strategies, and handling EWM Material Master Data.• Experience with EWM master‑data conversion and on‑hand inventory conversion.• Hands‑on configuration experience in SAP WM‑IM, MM, HU, and SU management.• Knowledge of RF programming concepts and customizing RF screens.• Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; organized team player.• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Science required; master’s preferred.
Preferred:
