Experience with Ariba is a valuable plus. You will collaborate across regions to support and execute SAP project implementations, ensuring alignment with Flowserve’s Global Business Process Standards, corporate governance policies, and all statutory requirements. This is an onsite position based in either Houston, TX or Irving, TX, with travel of approximately 20–40%. **Responsibilities:** • Own and support the EWM, IM, MM, and Ariba modules within the SAP S/4 program. • Manage EWM Material Master Data, including master‑data conversion and on‑hand inventory migration. • Execute and support EWM inbound, outbound, internal movements, and ad‑hoc/cycle‑counting processes. • Apply strong knowledge of SAP S/4 procurement processes, MM purchasing master data, and end‑to‑end P2P processes. • Ensure functional and process quality throughout SAP implementation and improvement project life cycles. • Collaborate with SAP consultants, business analysts, and regional/global business stakeholders. • Partner closely with the production support team to resolve issues and enable continuous improvement. • Contribute to global enterprise enablement and standardization across the organization. ​ **Requirements** : • Deep expertise in SAP EWM and IM. • 8–10 years of relevant experience, including participation in 2–3 full implementation life cycles. • Ability to travel 20–40% (Mexico, US, Canada). • Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX or Irving, TX when not traveling. • Strong oral and written communication skills in English. • Strong critical problem‑solving abilities. • Experience designing, configuring, implementing, and integrating manufacturing or supply‑chain systems. • Experience with EWM inbound, outbound, internal, and cycle‑counting processes. • Skilled in EWM integration, put‑away and picking strategies, and handling EWM Material Master Data. • Experience supporting Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes and their integration with MM and EWM/WM. • Experience with EWM master‑data conversion and on‑hand inventory conversion. • Hands‑on configuration experience in SAP WM‑IM, MM, HU, and SU management. • Knowledge of RF programming concepts and customizing RF screens. • Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; organized team player. • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Science required; master’s preferred. ​ **Preferred:** + Working experience in a manufacturing industry. + Ariba background is a plus. **Benefits Starting from Day 1:** + Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (including FSA and HSA options). + Life Insurance + Supplemental Life, Child, Spousal, and AD&D Insurance. + Short and Long Term Disability. + Retirement Planning, 401(k) plan, & Financial Wellness Resources. + Educational Assistance Program. + Time off Policies (including sick leave, parental leave, and paid vacation). * Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
