Location: Hybrid Malvern, PA - must be on site 3 days/week

Duration: 1+ year contract

The Senior Solution Architect leads the design and delivery of SAP Quality Management solutions within the Plan-to-Produce workstream, partnering with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. This role ensures compliance with organizational standards, governance, and regulatory requirements while driving technology-enabled business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business needs into SAP technical solutions and integrations.Deliver and support SAP QM functionality, including configuration and documentation.Manage support operations (SLA performance, ticket resolution, release management).Collaborate globally to ensure system integrity and continuous improvement.Maintain compliance with change control and regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years in SAP environments; expertise in SAP QM and integration with PP/PI.Experience with full-cycle SAP ERP implementations (2+); S/4HANA preferred.Deep knowledge of QM processes: inspections, notifications, batch management, workflows, reporting.Familiarity with MES and LIMS integration (preferred).Proven leadership in global team settings and SAP support management.
