Job Description Insight Global is looking for an SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance Sr Manger to join a lead consulting firm. As a Senior Manager in SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance, you will identify opportunities with both new and existing clients where your team can bring value through the adoption of these solutions. These solutions are aligned across market-facing organizations to provide consistency and a common platform for go to market strategies. A willingness to travel to meet client needs is required. This person will participate in large scale SAP client engagements and consistently deliver high quality client services by producing strong work within expected timelines and budgets. You will monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed about updates, timelines, and expected outcomes while also managing client expectations throughout service delivery. The role requires staying current with relevant business and industry trends, being a self starter with strong verbal and written communication skills, and being comfortable interacting with clients on a daily basis, as you will engage regularly with stakeholders at multiple levels. Skills and Requirements •5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations •8 to 12+years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry. •8+ years of SAP experience implementing SAP EAM /Plant Maintenance (PM), understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly. • Experience planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Optimization regarding SAP – EAM/Plant Maintenance and comfortable with leading functional teams within the area of expertise. •Detailed knowledge of the SAP EAM/Plant maintenance master data, maintenance notifications, maintenance orders and preventive maintenance, maintenance scheduling, refurbishment process. •Ability to configure SAP EAM/PM and deliver work products/packages conforming to the client's standards & requirements. •Strong SAP EAM and PM knowledge and experience as well as integrations with other modules - Finance, Supply Chain. •Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management and SAP Intelligent Asset Management - SAP APM, SAP BNAC •Experienced in creating proposals and RFP responses for clients. •Knowledge of SAP Field Service Management functionality in S/4 HANA nice to have.
