SAP EAM & EPPM Data Migration Lead

CTG is seeking to fill an SAP EAM & EPPM Data Migration Lead position for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 11 months Duties: Lead and support end-to-end data migration activities for SAP EAM and EPPM objects, including assets, equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, projects, and WBS elements. Perform data analysis, profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation across legacy and SAP S/4HANA environments. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand legacy data structures, business rules, and regulatory requirements. Support mock conversions, cutover planning, execution, and go-live data readiness activities. Ensure data migration aligns with utility industry standards, asset lifecycle processes, and compliance requirements. Provide functional data consulting support for SAP EAM/PM and EPPM within SAP S/4HANA implementations. Contribute to the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA-based Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance solutions, optimizing maintenance operations, asset reliability, and capital project execution. Skills: Strong functional knowledge of SAP EAM and/or EPPM, with emphasis on utility industry implementations. Hands-on experience with SAP data migration concepts, methodologies, and tools. Solid understanding of utility asset lifecycle management, maintenance processes, and capital project management. Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM solutions. Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills. Experience: 8+ years of SAP functional experience, including significant involvement in SAP EAM and/or EPPM data migration initiatives. Proven experience leading data migration efforts for large-scale SAP implementations, preferably in the utilities sector. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
