SAP Business Analyst on Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

What are we looking for?

UST is seeking a Senior SAP Business Analyst with strong Coupa Procure‑to‑Pay expertise to join a global implementation program integrating Coupa P2P with SAP S/4HANA across AMER and EMEA regions.

Full remote position. Only candidates based in Spain.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end requirements gathering for Coupa P2P. Run workshops to map current & future P2P processes. Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and process flows. Support Coupa–SAP S/4HANA integrations using SAP SDIS and MuleSoft. Collaborate with SAP, Coupa, and integration teams to ensure best‑practice P2P design. Support SIT, UAT, and defect resolution. Maintain global P2P standards while adapting to regional needs. Create and manage process documentation and design artefacts.

Key Deliverables

Business requirements documents and functional design documents. End‑to‑end P2P process flows and data mappings. Integration requirements and validation support. Test scenarios, UAT support, and sign‑off documentation. Business‑ready solution aligned with PMF governance.

Required Skills

Strong experience as SAP Business Analyst in P2P. Hands‑on Coupa P2P implementation experience. Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA P2P (Req‑to‑Pay, Vendor Master, Invoicing, Payments). Experience with system integrations (SAP SDIS / MuleSoft). Background in large, global ERP programs.

Nice to Have

Experience in multi‑instance SAP landscapes. Background in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
