Sap Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Title: SAP Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description As an SAP Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in processing vendor invoices, executing payment runs, and managing vendor inquiries. You will maintain accurate records within SAP and be responsible for the reconciliation of vendor accounts. Responsibilities + Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently. + Execute payment runs within scheduled timeframes. + Manage and respond to vendor inquiries promptly. + Maintain accurate records in SAP. + Perform reconciliation of vendor accounts. + Utilize Excel for data management, including Pivot tables and VLookups. Essential Skills + Proficiency in SAP. + Experience in invoice processing. + Strong accounts payable knowledge. + Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. + Experience with reconciliation processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Opentext. + 2+ years of related experience. + Familiarity with FAR/DFAR. + Experience in sales/use tax journal entries. + Experience in month-end close processes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, Colorado. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.68 - $32.52/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
