Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to help us maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment. This is a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and food safety.
ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize all bakery equipment, surfaces, floors, and tools according to company procedures and food safety standards.Complete cleaning and sanitization of all on-site bathrooms.Remove trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal and maintaining a clean environment.Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.Assist with pest control measures as needed.Maintain accurate cleaning logs and checklists.Support the production team by ensuring the work environment is safe and hygienic.Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.Essential SkillsExperience in food production sanitation or janitorial work is preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.Willingness to work in a warm/cold and sometimes noisy environment.Basic understanding of sanitation practices and food safety (training provided).Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsUnderstanding of sanitation practices and food safety.Experience in production machine cleaning and sanitizing.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norcross, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
