Job Title: Sanitation Worker

Location: Leesburg, Florida

Schedule: Friday through Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Optional overtime available on Thursdays)

Pay: $17–$18/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas in our food-grade facility. This role is essential to maintaining hygiene standards, supporting food safety, and ensuring equipment is ready for production.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize production lines, machinery, and surrounding areas before and after useFollow strict sanitation protocols to meet food safety and regulatory standardsSafely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with company proceduresPerform routine cleaning of blending, capsule, packaging, and labeling machinesAssist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for sanitation purposesDocument cleaning activities and report any equipment issues or safety concernsMaintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the facilitySupport production teams by ensuring equipment is properly sanitized and ready for use

Essential Skills:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with sanitation procedures in a food production settingComfortable working in non–air-conditioned areas when neededPhysical stamina to stand, and lift throughout 12-hour shifts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
