Sanitation Worker
**Job Title: Sanitation Worker Call 6 3 0 6 2 5 9 1 0 4 if interested** Job Description The sanitation worker will be responsible for sanitizing filling machines after product runs. This includes disassembling pumps, valves, and hoppers, cleaning them with water and mineral water, and then reassembling. The role requires reading production reports to determine the next product run and selecting the appropriate valves or pumps for the machine. Additionally, the worker will clean the belts, troubleshoot any issues, and escalate them to a mechanic if necessary. The role involves lifting up to 100 pounds, with assistance provided through a lift. Responsibilities also include creating and closing orders in the MP2 computer system and documenting training using Master Control. Must have experience within sanitation for a manufacturing company, janitorial experience would not work. Responsibilities + Sanitize filling machines after product runs. + Disassemble and reassemble pumps, valves, and hoppers. + Clean components using water and mineral water. + Read production reports to determine next product runs. + Select appropriate valves or pumps for machines. + Clean belts and troubleshoot problems, escalating to mechanics if needed. + Lift up to 100 pounds with a lift provided. + Create and close orders in the MP2 computer system. + Document training using Master Control. Essential Skills + Experience in sanitation within food, pharmaceutical, or personal care industries. + Proficiency in industrial cleaning and production environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in food (meat packing is a plus), pharmaceutical, or personal care industries. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Oak Brook, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.88/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
