Sanitation Supervisor
**Job Title: Sanitation Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Sanitation Supervisor to lead our sanitation team. The role involves ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and developing sanitation standard operating procedures. This is a 1st shift position, Sunday through Thursday, from 4 am to 12 pm, requiring flexibility for occasional overtime. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and direct a team of 7 sanitation staff members. + Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitation standard operating procedures. + Develop work schedules, measure performance, and monitor historical trends. + Conduct safety training in accordance with OSHA regulations. + Maintain all pertinent records, reports, and paperwork as needed. + Partner with production and maintenance resources to meet plant objectives. + Develop Sanitation Standard Operational Procedures (SSOP) according to federal regulations. + Monitor team member practices related to cleanliness, sanitation, and pest control. **Essential Skills** + Experience in sanitation within the food or beverage industry. + Proven leadership experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in bottling is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer a 15% bonus for supervisors, reflecting our appreciation for the dedication of our employees.
