Job Description
Join a global leader in the manufacturing of bakery fillings, mixes, shelf-stable dairy sauces, beverage syrups, toppings, and specialty ingredients as a Sanitation Lead. We are seeking dedicated sanitation workers to maintain and enhance our production environment.
Responsibilities
Perform equipment sanitation, including adjusting and removing conveyor belts, guards, and covers during maintenance and sanitation operations.Conduct specialized sanitation interventions on critical equipment.Oversee and support production or sanitation tasks as needed.Assemble and disengage equipment requiring cleaning and sanitizing.Clean mixers, proofers, elevators, ovens, conveyors, scales, dividers, and other equipment according to job assignments.Essential Skills
Experience in cleaning, production, and janitorial duties.Expertise in sanitizing and food safety practices.Knowledge of HACCP protocols.Proven supervisory skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Industrial experience or experience in food manufacturing is ideal.Work Environment
This position involves working the overnight shift from 9pm to 5am, Monday through Friday, with a possibility of Saturday work if additional sanitizing is required. The role requires working under a manager transitioning to the 1st shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
